This Tutorial will show you how you can transfer a Marker drawn picture to a candle. This is a great idea for personalizing a nice gift for someone. First you will need to gather the following supplies:
Here is a Tutorial for another Candle Making Technique that allows you to have “chunks” of color in your soy candle. First gather the following supplies:
Double Boiler
Soy Wax
Wooden Spoon
Votive Holder
Candle Making Thermometer
Votive Wick
Candle Dye
Colored Soy Wax Chunks
Glue Gun or Glue Dots (not pictured, and used to attach your wick to your votive holder)
This is a Tutorial that will show you how you can create your own Soy Wax Tarts. This is a favorite of mine, I love to burn my own Soy Wax Tarts which to me smell so much better and stronger than Scentsy’s or any other store bought type. Soy wax has a great throw back scent. It’s also so great for making for gifts because the possibilities are limitless, you can customize the color, scent, shape, for the person you are giving it to.
First you will need your supplies:
Double Boiler
Candle Making Thermometer
Soy Wax
Wooden Spoon
Fragrance
Clamshell Mold (or any other mold you want to use, you will see later that I also used Plastic and Silicone Molds for shaped Tarts)
First you will need to melt your soy wax . If you don’t already know how to make Soy Candles then please go to my previous tutorial found here to learn how to melt your wax down for the first step of this tutorial.
